YC Plans to Raise 200 Million in New Capital

[Reporter Liang-Hsing Tseng / Taipei Report] YC (4306) held an investor briefing yesterday (8th), where Group CEO Li Chih-Hsien announced plans to construct a biaxially oriented polypropylene (BOPP) film plant in the Changbin Industrial Park, with a total investment of 1 billion NT dollars. YC is planning a capital increase of 200 million NT dollars to fund the plant's construction, issuing 100 million NT dollars in common stock and 100 million NT dollars in convertible bonds.
